Returns

Please only return items which were purchased from https://uk.futuresfins.com, not from any other Futures dealer. You have 30 days from the purchase date to be eligible for a full refund.

To return a product, there is no need to call or email us, just follow these simple steps:

  1. Please attach a note with your name and billing address details or order number so that we can identify the return. Repackage your products
  2. Please note that returned products must be unused and have all packaging and tags intact. Return via your preferred method
  3. You can use any courier of your choice, however, we recommend that you choose a tracked service so that you can follow your parcel. You will be responsible for the cost of returns.

*Daniel Surf is not responsible for any loss or damage in transit, therefore we recommend that you use a courier that will allow you to track and insure your package. Daniel Surf will refuse any shipments that arrive damaged

Upon inspection of the returned product, Daniel Surf will issue a full refund less the original delivery charge. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, Daniel Surf reserves the right not to refund the item and arrange to send the item back to you at your expense.

Returns are normally processed within 10 working days, once the returned products have been received in our warehouse.

A refund confirmation email will be sent to you once your return has been processed.

Futures Fins Warranty

Futures Fins is proud to stand behind the highest quality performance products for your surfing and paddling experience and offer a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not include damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse or inappropriate use or alterations to the product (sanded, painted, etc) Products deemed a manufacturing defect will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Daniel Surf who will not be responsible for any costs, losses or damages incurred as a result of loss or use of the product.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Faulty items will be exchanged for new items within 2 weeks of receiving the product. Daniel Surf will cover the cost of return shipping of your replacement product.

If you feel that your Futures product is faulty and wish to return it, please Contact Daniel Surf first via info@uk.futuresfins.com with the details of your order to issue your claim. Please include photos and a description of the product failure. Once a decision is made, you will be informed of the next steps.
