The AM1 Control Series, designed by Al Merrick of Channel Island Surfboards, is a medium Speed Control fin with a Ride Number of 3.0. The solid fibreglass construction features a single layer of uni-directional carbon fibre for weight reduction and response. It is the stiffest, most durable version of the AM1 and is ideal for stability in powerful surf. The centre fin is smaller for increased manoeuvrability.
